Week 8! Testing is coming soon, so start tying up those loose ends :)
Today and tomorrow students will work on SKILLZ 7. Students will get a second shot at earning their BLACK skill stripe.

Early SKILLZ (3 and 4-year olds): RUNNING - this skill helps students develop motor skills, leg muscles, cardio endurance, and control.

Basic SKILLZ (5 and 6-year olds): FITNESS - this skill will help students develop their arm, leg, core, and heart muscles.

Core SKILLZ (7 to 9-year olds): SPEED - this skill helps students improve their technical, explosive, and reactive speed abilities.

Extreme SKILLZ (10 and up): STRENGTH - this skill helps students develop more power in their arm, leg, core, and cardio muscles.

Elite SKILLZ (Elite and Black Belts): KNOWLEDGE - this skill helps students improve their awareness of important facts and relevant information to their performance.

SKILLZ Signature (Invitation only): SYNCHING – this skill helps students maintain perfect timing with their peers throughout their performance.
