Today and tomorrow students will be working on SKILLZ 8. Students will get a second shot at earning their PURPLE skill stripe.

Early SKILLZ (3 and 4-year olds): CATCHING - this skill helps students work on hand-eye-coordination, spatial awareness, and teamwork.

Basic SKILLZ (5 and 6-year olds): COORDINATION - this skill will help students develop skills associated with knowing their left and right hands and feet, and well as doing two or more things at one time.

Core SKILLZ (7 to 9-year olds): CONCENTRATION - this skill helps students improve their ability to remain focused despite challenges or distractions.

Extreme SKILLZ (10 and up): VISION - this skill helps students see the bigger picture in the importance of social integrity.

Elite SKILLZ (Elite and Black Belts): TIMING - this skill helps students synchronize their performance.

SKILLZ Signature (Invitation only): PERFORMANCE – this skill helps students make their movements look awesome.
