Today begins the new SKILLZ testing cycle! Students will work on SKILLZ 1 today and tomorrow. Students will get a shot at earning their RED skill stripe.

Early SKILLZ (3 and 4-year olds): KICKING - this skill helps students work on developing leg muscles, kicking while counting, foot-eye-coordination, and balance.

Basic SKILLZ (5 and 6-year olds): FOCUS - this skill helps students improve their attention while also developing listening skills, hand-eye-coordination, and foot-eye-coordination.

Core SKILLZ (7 to 9-year olds): AGILITY - this skill helps students improve their footwork, kicking skills, and body control.

Extreme SKILLZ (10 and up): DEXTERITY - this skill helps students develop sharpness in their technical and mental capabilities.

Elite SKILLZ (Elite and Black Belts): GRACEFULNESS - this skill helps students develop elegance to their movements.

SKILLZ Signature (Invitation only): FORCE – this skill helps students gain more height and power in their movement.
